The primary activity of Okonjima is Cheetah conservation, and so there are a lot of cheetahs on the farm. Most of them live in huge fenced-in patches of land (neighbouring farmers would shoot them if they escaped). They are tracked, but there are areas on the farm into which the safari cars can't go - so the cheetahs can decide whether they want to hide or not. Most of them don't mind visitors
