Quartier Latin, Mosque
The main mosque of Paris. The medina of the mosque actually holds an Arabic restaurant and various other services typically for the arabic world, such as a hamam (open to everybody). Arabs seem to be well integrated into the daily life in Paris. Of course a large number of them live in the infamous banlieues, but in the city itself you can also see large numbers of well-dressed affluent French of Arabic descent, and shops and services for their needs are everywhere (such as halal butchers).
The restaurant and Arabic spa obviously attract a lot of non-Arab patrons and I think this helps cultural integration much more than any government effort or street festival or whatever.
