Paris, Parc André Citroën
Parc André Citroën is a little park close to the southern boundaries of the city at the Seine. One of the attractions in this park is a balloon ride that gives you a very good view over the city, though only for a couple of minutes. The queue there is much shorter than that at the Eiffel Tower, in particular on a sunday.
I've already used a similar balloon in Cambodia, which was a used French balloon. Probably the predecessor of the balloon in the Park.
