The Desert

One of the best things we did in Namibia was to book the Living Desert Tour with Chris. This was a Jeep tour through the bed of the Swakop (which is dry most of the year) into the nearby desert. The coastal desert is unique in so far as it gets a lot of moisture from morning mist moving in from the sea. The tour is unique as well - besides from showing animals that you would normally not be able to spot yourselves, it is also very entertaining
