This is the Ho Phra Bang in the royal palace in Luang Prabang. In a way it is the center of Luang Prabang - "Luang Prabang" is the city that holds the Phra Bang, and "Ho Phra Bang" is the shrine that holds the Phra Bang. But the Phra Bang currently is not in the shrine; it will move there once the shrine is complete.
