Paris, Montmartre, Le Moulin Rouge
One of the many windmills in Montmartre. This is actually at the bottom of the hill so I guess it doesn't get too much wind, and it certainly was never used to produce flour, but the owner still seems to make a lot of dough with it. Judging from the pictures of the shows (and from the audience entering the house), the shows are nowadays more on the sophisticated side of the business.
